Returns & Exchanges

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, based on the tracking date.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition (including the sole).

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories (such as extra laces or insoles).

  • Not be marked as final sale or custom-made (these items cannot be returned).

If you’d like to exchange your shoes, please contact us first to confirm product availability before sending them back.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our mistake.
